In short, over the past year and a half, Yoga has changed my life.
For me, it is a way of thinking and being.
It is a way of moving the body in mindfulness, stilling the mind in peacefulness, and exploring the eternity of our soul. It helps me to develop awareness of the interconnectedness amongst all living things.
I plan to use this blog not only to share about my own personal journey with Yoga and how I am taking my lessons "off the mat" and into my daily life, but also to share helpful information on Yoga, spiritual seeking, physical benefits, meditation, related events, inspirational quotes and more.
